Breaking:

It describes things that destroy or break.

Ex. dishes, fragile things, things that break.

Breaking: Divide into parts violently. Reduce to pieces or fragments.

In use: John is breaking some dishes.

In use: In that plane all the fragile stuff is breaking.

Running:

It describes someone that is moving fast with his legs.

Ex. Man, dog, He is running, water.

Running: act of a person or animal that go quickly by moving it's legs faster than walking.

In use: That dog is running very fast to get those sausages.

In use: Men! That Usain Bolt runs fast!
